If you have just one location, add it here. If you have multiple locations, you'll be able to add the others in your dashboard. If you have multiple locations, the "Location Name" doesn't have to include your full school name, but might be the neighborhood or street (e.g., if Omega School has Omega School-Main Street and Omega School-Peach Road, one Location Name might be 'Main Street').

Let's create a Tour Type

Tour Types make it easy to schedule types of tours in seconds, without having to re-enter all the details (just pick new days and times). If you offer only one kind of tour, name this something basic like 'School Tour' or 'Small Group Tour' or 'Individual Tour'. If you offer different kinds of tours (e.g., tours for your infant program, tours for your preschool program; or group tours and individual tours), you'll be able to add more Tour Types in your dashboard. The 'Age of Kids' section is for families to know whether the tour is relevant for them based on their child's age. For example, if you regularly provide group tours for up to 4 families to see your infant program, which is for children 3mo-18mo, name the Tour Type 'Infant', enter '4' as the maximum number of attendees, and include the description '3mo-18mo'.
