Create a TourTheSchool account

You are setting up a TourTheSchool account for a new school, and the email you enter below will be the email for the TourTheSchool account administrator. If your school already has a TourTheSchool account and you are trying to add yourself or another person as an additional user, please contact the administrator of your existing TourTheSchool account.

What's the name of your school?

If you have multiple locations, include the name you use to describe all of them together (e.g. "Omega School has four locations in Springfield"). You'll be able to add additional locations later (with their own location-specific name). The subdomain you choose here will be the website parents visit to book their tours (e.g., Omega School could choose omegaschool.tourtheschool.com).

What is your school's website?

Your TourTheSchool page will have a link to your main website. Just leave this blank if you do not have a website.

Let's set up your first location

If you have just one location, add it here. If you have multiple locations, you'll be able to add the others in your dashboard. If you have multiple locations, the "Location Name" doesn't have to include your full school name, but might be the neighborhood or street (e.g., if Omega School has Omega School-Main Street and Omega School-Peach Road, one Location Name might be 'Main Street').

Let's schedule your first tour!

Let's create a Tour Type

Tour Types make it easy to schedule different kinds of tours in seconds, without having to re-enter all the details (just pick new days and times). If you offer only one kind of tour (e.g., you only do individual tours), name this something basic like "School Tour" or "Small Group Tour" or "Individual Tour". If you offer different kinds of tours (e.g., tours of your infant program and tours of your preschool program), create one of those now. You'll be able to add more Tour Types later.

The "maximum # of attendees" is the number of families you want to allow to sign-up. One "attendee" might include two parents (or even two parents & two grandparents), so if you want to limit the number of adults who can tour, you can add your own note about that limit later.

The "Description" section is for any information about the tours you want families to have. For example, if you do different tours for your infant program and preschool program, your Description could read, "A tour of our infant program (3mo-12mo).

Now let's schedule the tour.
